Timothy (“Tim”) Atkin is the Chief Client Officer (CCO) and is focused on being a champion of Blackboard’s clients, representing the needs of faculty, students, school administrators, IT professionals, instructional designers and professional learners who have partnered with or use Blackboard products and solutions. As CCO, Tim’s role is to work across the integrated leadership team at Blackboard to create a single and unified vision across all client touchpoints – sales, marketing, user interface, contracts and billing, fulfillment and onboarding, and post-sale support, training and community programs. Tim has over 25 years of senior leadership experience driving organizational excellence across operations, communications and public affairs, service delivery, investor relations and M&A.
