The Upgrade Center is designed as a resource to help you through that process.

You'll find that the Upgrade Center is a centralized collection of all the relevant resources related to upgrading to Release 9.  And, it’s customized by license type and hosting situation. We designed the Center to save you time and help you put your fingers on the resources you need without having to hunt for information in multiple places. 

Why will the Upgrade Center work for you?

Well, we’ve helped hundreds of clients upgrade to Release 9, and we’ve learned a couple of things along the way.  The Upgrade Center even provides a template approach to upgrading – highlighting the best practices that we have uncovered over the past ten or so years.
