Trends in e-Learning: Interview with analyst Josh Bersin
Earlier this summer the Blackboard Professional Education Group published in its quarterly newsletter an interview with Josh Bersin, a learning industry analyst and principal of Bersin & Associates, which provides research and advisory services focused on learning in the corporate sphere.
Drawing on his 25+ years of experience in the development, implementation, marketing, and sales of e-Learning and other enterprise technology products, Mr. Bersin discusses several current trends in e-Learning, including “on demand” training; learning tools often associated with Web 2.0, such as podcasting; and the need for and development of standards to increase the effectiveness of e-Learning programs.
