Common Core is right around the corner and education experts, administrators and teachers across the country are doing a lot of work to prepare for the shifts that will take place in the next school year.

We had the opportunity to talk with Professor Stan Silverman, New York Institute of Technology, who is a widely regarded as a pioneer and national leader in distance learning and educational technology.  He combines a physicist’s knowledge of technological hardware with a teacher’s insight into how they can be applied to enhance learning.
