DevCon 2013 in Las Vegas is open to anyone, of course, but it wouldn’t be possible without the geeks of the (Bb) world, not to mention the nerds and techies. You know who you are. At least you should.
But if you don’t…we have help.
Get started to determine not only what your GQ (Geek Quotient) is but also how you will fit in at DevCon, then stick around after for some hints about what you can look forward to there:
Even those who think Jar-Jar Binks was a welcome addition to the Star Wars universe are welcome.
DevCon is a two-day panoply of technical content; topics will include the following:
· Performance Management and Security
· Building Blocks development
· Enterprise Integration
· Blackboard Cloud
You don’t have to be a veteran Building Blocks developer to benefit; there is something for all skill levels.
Plus, this year DevCon will be the site of Blackboard’s first Hack-a-thon, in which we are giving Blackboard developers the opportunity to compete against one another in a no-holds-barred development showdown. In order to provide support for our “hackers,” our Ask the Experts lounge will be transformed into the “HackSpace,” where Blackboard experts will be on hand to answer your Blackboard- and developer-related questions.
We look forward to seeing you at DevCon…and until then, are you geek enough to raise your DevCon flag early? Prove it by tweeting what about DevCon YOU are most looking forward to with the hash tag #DevCon13.
